One such wine was a delicious Mercurey cuve drawn from a plot of millerandage affected (hen and chicken) grapes from a south facing vineyard on clay limestone. The successes of that wine encouraged Nathalie Theulot to add a new label to her small portfolio of ngociant wines. The winemaking is geared towards delicacy and vibrancy to craft
