This rub fantastic on brisket, short ribs, and steaks, but can be applied to anything you like. Its also great on lamb, chicken, and grilled vegetables. Its really an all purpose rub, use it on anything. INSTRUCTIONS Apply generously to meat or vegetables. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking or refrigerate overnight for a bigger flavour.
